Chinmaya Mission Twin Cities (CMTC) is governed by Board of Directors. The center has adopted a Constitution and Bylaws.

Chinmaya Mission Twin Cities (CMTC) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization registered in the state of Minnesota. CMTC is already registered with IRS independently, so all donations given to our center are tax deductible.
